I have substantial experience in client consulting, on-boarding & implementation, and customer success. I also have past experience in digital marketing, SEO, organizational comms, and writing. As I continue in my career, I have a strong interest in gaining additional experience in consumer research and data analytics.
I enjoy reading books like "Made to Stick" (Heath) and "Strengths Based Leadership" (Rath). I like going on road trips with my family, and some of my passions include JCW's hamburgers, the NBA playoffs, and oreos & milk.
